When you send an enquiry

The enquiry form asks for your registration, your car's model, what you're interested in, where you'd like the work done, your name and your phone number, plus anything else you choose to add. We use this to check what your car supports, reply to you, and discuss or arrange the work you ask about.

Enquiries are sent through Web3Forms to AK CODE's email inbox. Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and may process technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver and secure it. These providers handle information only to supply their services to us.

We use enquiry details to take the steps you ask for before providing a service, and for our legitimate interest in answering questions and keeping the website secure. We don't add your details to a marketing list.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It may remember a display choice in your browser's own storage; that stays on your device and isn't sent to us.

Links to WhatsApp and Instagram take you to separate services, which handle information under their own privacy policies. We don't load their tracking scripts on this website.

Keeping and sharing information

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to reply, manage any work that follows and meet record-keeping obligations. Our service providers may process information outside the UK under their own data protection arrangements. We don't sell your information.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to restrict how we use it, where the law allows. You may also object to how we use it.
